Home Builder in Pensacola Beach, FL

Pensacola Beach is its own world on Santa Rosa Island, and building there means planning for coastal flood and wind requirements from day one.

Pensacola Beach

Pensacola Beach sits on Santa Rosa Island in Escambia County, across the bridge from Gulf Breeze and about 40 minutes from our Pace office. It's a separate world from the mainland, with Gulf frontage on one side and Santa Rosa Sound on the other. We build there for buyers who already have a lot on the island and want a builder who plans for coastal construction from the start.

Plans we build in Pensacola Beach

Any of these plans goes on your lot here.

Building on Pensacola Beach

Pensacola Beach is a barrier-island community on Santa Rosa Island, reached from Pensacola and Gulf Breeze over the Pensacola Beach Bridge. Building on the island comes with flood-zone elevation and wind design requirements that go well past what an inland lot needs, and those requirements shape the foundation, the framing and the budget. We walk through what applies to your specific lot before we give you a number.

Lots and land

We don't hold lots on Pensacola Beach. Most island property is leased rather than owned outright, so the lease terms on your lot matter before you design anything. If you have a lot there, or you're close to buying one, contact Scott and he'll give you a straight read on scope, schedule and cost.

Why buyers pick Pensacola Beach

Buyers come to Pensacola Beach for the Gulf and the sound, and for a place that feels like a beach town year-round. The tradeoff is coastal construction, which takes more engineering and more time than an inland home. We'll be clear about that difference up front so you can decide with real numbers in hand.
