Land to build on, or bring your own
We hold lots in Pace right now, and we build on land you already own.

Room to build
Scott builds on land he holds directly, including homesites in Sage Forest, a gated subdivision in Pace, and along the Segrest Rd corridor, as well as on land buyers already own. A full lot inventory list, with acreage, pricing, and which floor plans fit each site, is coming soon. In the meantime, contact Scott directly to ask about current availability or to talk through a lot you're considering, whether it's one of ours or a piece of land you already have your eye on.

Lots and land
We’re putting together a full lot inventory list, with acreage, pricing, and which floor plans fit each site. It isn’t live here yet, so the fastest way to hear about current availability in Sage Forest or along the Segrest Rd corridor is to call or email Scott directly.
Gated subdivision in Pace with wooded homesites from 1.5 to 15 acres.
1.3-acre homesites along the Segrest Rd corridor in Pace.
Building on your own lot
If you already own land, whether in Pace or one of the surrounding communities we serve, we'll walk it with you and talk through which floor plans fit the site, along with anything specific to the lot, like flood-zone requirements near the coast, tree cover, or drainage. That walk-through is free and doesn't commit you to anything; it's meant to give you a realistic picture of what building on your specific piece of land would actually involve. Bring whatever information you already have, a survey, a plat, or just the address, and we'll take it from there together on-site, no pressure to commit on the spot.
