The Del Monte is a single-story plan at 1,532 square feet of living space, 2,055 square feet total, with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. White board-and-batten runs under a hip roof, with dark timber posts at the entry and a covered rear porch off the back. Inside, the great room opens straight into a kitchen with a dark island, quartz counters and a vent hood over the range — one room doing the work of three. The primary suite is set at the back with a tray ceiling, a double vanity and two walk-in closets. It is the smallest plan Scott builds and the easiest one to put on a narrow lot.
