Our commitment

SECO of Pensacola, LLC, doing business as Scott LaCoste Construction, is working toward making this website usable by as many people as possible, regardless of ability or the technology they use to browse. We're targeting the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, as our standard.

What we're doing

We build this site with semantic HTML, descriptive alt text on images, keyboard-accessible navigation and controls, and sufficient color contrast for text. Accessibility is something we check as we build and update the site, not a one-time fix.

• Descriptive alt text on photos and renderings
• Keyboard-operable navigation and interactive elements, including the floor plan configurator
• Text and background color combinations checked for contrast
• Clear heading structure on every page

Known limitations

No website is perfectly accessible all the time. If you run into a page, feature, or piece of content on this site that doesn't work well with the technology you use, we want to know about it so we can fix it.

Reporting an issue

If you encounter an accessibility barrier on this site, contact us through the information on our Contact page and describe the issue, including the page you were on and the browser or assistive technology you were using. We'll work to address it as quickly as we can.

Ongoing review

Accessibility isn't a box we check once and move on from. As we add new pages, like additional floor plans and available homes, we review them against the same WCAG 2.1 AA guidelines before they go live, and we revisit older pages periodically as the site grows. If you're a screen reader user, use keyboard navigation, or rely on browser zoom or other assistive technology, and something on this site gets in your way, please tell us. That feedback shapes what we fix first.
