The Tucker

About The Tucker

The Tucker is a single-story plan at 1,587 square feet of living space, 1,944 square feet total, with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Brick wraps the body of the house with board-and-batten in the gables, under a roof that steps down over the garage. The great room runs into a kitchen with a slate blue island and white shaker cabinets, with a tray ceiling over the dining end. The primary suite has a tray ceiling, a garden tub, a separate shower and a walk-in closet. An optional covered rear porch and an optional side-entry garage are drawn on the plan, so the same house can turn to suit the lot.

Questions about The Tucker

How big is The Tucker?

1,587 square feet of living space and 1,944 square feet total, with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths.

What options come with The Tucker?

The plan is drawn with an optional covered rear porch and an optional side-entry garage. Both are priced separately — ask Scott what they add.

Are the photos of The Tucker real?

Yes. The photographs further down the page are of a finished Tucker. The exterior colors at the top are artist's concepts, so you can see the same house in other finishes. Finishes are chosen per build, so yours can differ.

How many floor plans do you offer?

We publish nine named plans today, with more added as they are finalized. Each plan page shows current square footage, bed and bath counts, features, and available exterior options, so check back if you don't see something that fits yet, since our library grows month to month rather than staying fixed at three plans indefinitely. Contact Scott if you have a specific plan style in mind.
