Pick your finishes
Choose a room, tap a finish, and watch the rendering update in real time.

How selections work
This page walks you through the selections still open on your build. Pick a room, tap a chip for a cabinet finish, a fixture finish, or a countertop, and the rendering changes to show it. Your selection sheet fills in as you go, and when you're ready, you can send it straight to Scott. Nothing here is final until he confirms it against where your specific build actually stands.

Pick a room, then tap a chip
Every pick you make shows up together in the same rendering, so you see the whole room the way it will actually be built. Your sheet keeps track of all of it.

What you choose
Cabinets in an A, B, or C finish. Plumbing and light fixture finish: champagne bronze, gold, matte black, chrome, or stainless. Paint colors. Countertops in granite or quartz. Tile. Exterior brick and Hardie combinations where that choice is still open on your build.
What comes standard
Every home already includes coffered, tray, or cathedral ceilings with wood beams, tongue-and-groove and nickel-gap wood ceilings and accents, a feature wall at the fireplace, and a walk-in tile shower in the primary bath with Delta fixtures. Your selections build on top of that base; they don't replace it.
Where the price moves
The appliance package, the primary shower and tub, the plumbing fixture package, the light fixture package, kitchen cabinets, tile, and landscaping are the categories that move the price on a home. Ask Scott directly what a specific upgrade does to your total.
- 1
Appliance package
Every home comes with a builder-grade package. An upgraded package is the most common change buyers make.
- 2
Primary shower and tub
The walk-in tile shower is standard. Larger showers, a freestanding tub, or more elaborate tile change the price.
- 3
Plumbing fixtures
Premium Delta fixtures are standard. Designer lines and specialty finishes move the number.
- 4
Light fixtures
A finish is a selection; a statement fixture over the island or in the entry is an upgrade.
- 5
Kitchen cabinets
Three standard finishes to choose from. Custom cabinetry, glass fronts, or added built-ins are upgrades.
- 6
Tile and landscaping
Standard tile and a finished front yard are included. Floor-to-ceiling tile and full landscaping plans are priced per home.

Scott builds it, you get the keys
We pull permits, handle the county paperwork, and build the home through framing, mechanicals, and finish work. You don't have to worry about crooked two-by-fours or roof leaks. Scott walks the finished home with you and hands you the keys.
Questions about selections
Can I mix finishes, like matte black fixtures with a stainless appliance package?
Usually, yes. Send Scott your combination and he'll tell you if it works on your specific build.
Are the renderings exact?
They're artist's concepts generated from the stamped plan set, not to scale. Use them to picture the finish, not to measure against the finished room.
What if my home is already under construction and some choices are locked in?
Some selections lock in as construction moves forward. Contact Scott about your specific home and he'll tell you plainly what's still open.
Ready to talk it through?
Send Scott your sheet, or call him and walk through it together. He’ll tell you what’s still open on the home you’re looking at.
