West Pensacola sits just west of downtown, and while our current builds are in Pace, we'll build on a lot here for the right buyer.

West Pensacola sits about 4 miles west of downtown, inside Escambia County, and includes the community of Brownsville within its boundaries. It's closer to the city center than most of our other Escambia service areas, which appeals to buyers who want to stay near downtown rather than move out toward Pace or Cantonment. Our current spec homes are in Pace, about 35 minutes away.

The CDP includes the community of Brownsville and sits about 4 miles west of downtown Pensacola, closer to the city center than most of the other Escambia communities we serve. It's part of the Pensacola-Ferry Pass-Brent metropolitan area, and its location puts it about 35 minutes from our Pace office.
We don't currently hold lots in West Pensacola. If you own land there, including in Brownsville, contact Scott directly and we'll walk you through what a build would take, including Escambia County's permitting process. We handle that the same way for every Escambia lot, whether it's here, in Ferry Pass, or out in Cantonment.
West Pensacola appeals to buyers who want to stay close to downtown without paying the prices that come with lots directly inside the city. It's a shorter commute into Pensacola than Pace, Cantonment, or most of our other service areas, which matters for anyone working downtown. For buyers weighing that commute against the acreage our current Pace lots offer, we're glad to walk through both honestly.
