Ferry Pass

Ferry Pass sits just north of Pensacola, in Escambia County, and it's one of the closer Escambia communities to our home base in Pace. The University of West Florida sits inside its northern half, the only university in the Pensacola metro area, which keeps the community anchored by students, faculty, and staff who need a place to live nearby. Our current spec homes are in Pace, about 20 minutes away, but we'll build on a lot you already own in Ferry Pass.

Lots and land

We don't currently hold lots in Ferry Pass, but we'll build there on land you already own, custom or semi-custom, the same way we do for buyers across Escambia County. Ferry Pass falls under Escambia County's permitting process rather than Santa Rosa County's, which we handle as part of every build so it doesn't slow down your schedule or surprise you at the estimate stage.
