Scott built a number of his early homes in downtown Pensacola before shifting his current work to Pace, about 25 minutes away, and he'll still build on a lot anywhere in Escambia County.

Scott built a number of his early homes in downtown Pensacola, in Escambia County, before shifting his current work north to Pace, in neighboring Santa Rosa County. That history is a big part of why Escambia County is still a core part of our service area today. Pace is about 25 minutes away, close enough that a job anywhere in Escambia County, from Cantonment to Ferry Pass to the coast, gets the same attention as one down the street from our office. If you own a lot anywhere in the county, we'll build on it.
