Beulah

Beulah is a growing, unincorporated community west of Pensacola in Escambia County, about 30 minutes from Pace, built around its own schools. Beulah Elementary and Beulah Middle sit near the intersection of Mobile Highway, Beulah School Road, and Helms Road, and the county is building a new school there to keep up with enrollment. We'll build on a lot you already own here, the same way we do across the rest of Escambia County.

Building in Beulah

Beulah sits west of Pensacola in Escambia County, near Mobile Highway, Beulah School Road, and Helms Road, roughly 30 minutes from our Pace office. Beulah Elementary alone enrolls about 900 students, and Escambia County is adding a new school in the area to relieve that crowding, a sign of how fast the surrounding neighborhoods have filled in. Buyers here often work in Pensacola but want a shorter commute than Pace or Cantonment typically offer.

Lots and land

We don't currently hold lots in Beulah. If you have land there and want to talk through a build, contact Scott directly. We'll give you an honest read on logistics and on Escambia County's permitting process, which differs from Santa Rosa County's in a few specific ways, before moving forward with any plans or a build estimate.

Why buyers pick Beulah

Beulah offers proximity to Pensacola's job market with a more suburban feel than the city center itself, and its schools are a real draw for families weighing it against Pace or Cantonment. It sits at a natural crossroads between city convenience and the acreage that draws buyers further out toward Pace, without a long commute either direction.
